CARO Reporting requires as microscopic evaluation as it requires a pervasive approach, it is an antithesis in itself! On this interesting subject, it would definitely lend a helping hand, if reporting carried out by companies from varied industry was available handy.
As a Chairperson with Corporate & Allied Laws Committee with the WIRC, along with CA Priti Savla and a dedicated team of 16 dedicated contributors, we had evaluated and put together a summary giving a glimpse into reporting carried out by auditors under CARO for more than 450 companies in India, including Public Listed, Public Unlisted and Private Limited companies.
You may download the attached publication by WIRC of ICAI. I hope this would aid in bringing across standardization in reporting across India and provide a ready reference where a reporting guidance is required.
